The Citadines in Arnulfpark was a great and comfortable base for exploring Munich. The room was spacious with great amenities, a nice modern bathroom, and small kitchen space with a fridge, microwave, stove top, and dishwasher to make quick and easy meals. The location, although not in the heart of the old town, was easily accessible with the tram and S-Bahn lines or approx 25-30 min walk which was pleasant. I liked the location as it was quieter, but still close to good restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and public transport as mentioned. It’s nicely located in between the old town, but also the Schloss Nymphenburg and gardens in the other direction. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. There was one occasion where we did get trapped in the elevator for like an hour (no one’s fault!) but the staff were very good about it checking up on us and after offering us upgrades and services. The breakfast was also yummy with good sweet/savoury options available.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Munich. It offers excellent value for money, especially considering its central location. While it takes about 35 minutes to walk to the city center, there's a tram stop right outside the hotel. Trams run frequently and take you to the center in just 10–15 minutes, which makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room was modern, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary comforts for a comfortable stay. The only downside was that daily cleaning is not included unless you stay for six nights or more. Otherwise, you have to pay an extra fee for daily housekeeping. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking to stay in a central part of Munich without breaking the bank.

As a couple on a one-week holiday in the city, we appreciated the "aparthotel" concept, with a fitted kitchenette inside the room (near the entrance door). Both room and bathroom were spacious and gave off a general feeling of cleanliness, helped by the absence of carpets. Our room was located on the back side of the building with a view on a leafy garden, and was very quiet. However, I can't say what the noise situation would be for the rooms on the front of the building, which faces a busy road and a tram line. Among the various facilities provided by the hotel we used only the laundry room, which requires the installation of a dedicated cellphone app for the payment.

We were delighted that the staff gave us early check-in when we arrived after a 24 flight from Australia. We were exhausted and really needed to rest and recover. Getting that early check-in was a very generous and helpful welcome to Munich. We greatly appreciated the kitchenette facilities and the fact that there was a supermarket within 15 minutes walk so we could prepared meals in our room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by a further day. The staff were also very helpful in arranging secure parking for our two bicycles, and selling us tickets for the public transport.

We stayed at this apartment hotel for a few nights and found it to be a convenient and comfortable option. The room was well-equipped with basic kitchen facilities, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. It was clean, cozy, and felt more like a home than a traditional hotel room. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were helpful when we had questions. Although daily housekeeping wasn’t provided, fresh towels and essentials were available upon request, which worked fine for us. The location was ideal—close to public transportation
