Hotel very clean. Personnel was kind. Silence. Bed and mattress very confortable. Free coffee and tea. Good position to go to city center by super efficient public transport.

Quiet accomodation close to the city center via tram and near a S-Bahn station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. For a short stay it's pratical and pleasant option with a great deal for those who book in advance

It was located opposite a main tramline stop and a 5 minute walk away from the train station making it easy to get around the city. Room was a good size. Microwave, hob & fridge all clean and easy to use. Free tea, coffee & hot chocolate from the machine downstairs. I had a late evening flight and they stored my suitcase for me from check out to when I came to collect it.

Very convenient to the tram station - right outside the building. Which made it easy to get into town. Not too far from the S line station too. So while out of the main busy centre of Munich, it was still easy to get around but meant the street noise was minimal.

Excellent amenities, comfortable beds, a couch and a table and chairs to sit and eat, a kitchen so we could cook meals and make our own breakfast in our room,also excellent complementary coffee downstairs in the lounge. The location is very convenient with a tram stop right in front of the house and a supermarket only a minute away. It was also quiet even though the tram was close by. We were very happy with our apartment and would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s located in a wonderfully quiet area near Arnulfpark, making it peaceful and relaxing while still very convenient. There’s a supermarket, a beer garden, a park, and an S-Bahn station all within a short walk, and a tram stop right outside the property makes getting around the city quick and easy. Our room had a small kitchen with everything we needed to cook simple meals, which made our stay feel even more comfortable.

The Citadines in Arnulfpark was a great and comfortable base for exploring Munich. The room was spacious with great amenities, a nice modern bathroom, and small kitchen space with a fridge, microwave, stove top, and dishwasher to make quick and easy meals. The location, although not in the heart of the old town, was easily accessible with the tram and S-Bahn lines or approx 25-30 min walk which was pleasant. I liked the location as it was quieter, but still close to good restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and public transport as mentioned. It’s nicely located in between the old town, but also the Schloss Nymphenburg and gardens in the other direction. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. There was one occasion where we did get trapped in the elevator for like an hour (no one’s fault!) but the staff were very good about it checking up on us and after offering us upgrades and services. The breakfast was also yummy with good sweet/savoury options available.

The size of the room is very comfortable for a family of four. With the kitchen, we can manage to cook simple meal. Though we arrived an hour ahead of the check in time, we were so lucky to get our room and can place our luggage in our room before we visit the city. Free coffee and chocolate, even with oat milk option is available even you didn’t pay for the breakfast. The laundry service was managed by app and the interface is easy to use.

We were delighted that the staff gave us early check-in when we arrived after a 24 flight from Australia. We were exhausted and really needed to rest and recover. Getting that early check-in was a very generous and helpful welcome to Munich. We greatly appreciated the kitchenette facilities and the fact that there was a supermarket within 15 minutes walk so we could prepared meals in our room. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by a further day. The staff were also very helpful in arranging secure parking for our two bicycles, and selling us tickets for the public transport.
